Assist people ready for work being who have no specific employment projects and who need assistance in identifying or validating their skills and aspirations, in the aim of making a transition to a more productive and gratifying working life.
For immigrants ready for work, better identify and promote the skills developed in their home countries in order to prepare them for jobs available in Quebec.
People over age 30, referred by an Emploi-Québec agent as being competitive on the labour market and for whom long-term training is not an option.
